Lillian (Lily) Meehan is a Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, on the Policy Innovation and Analysis Track with a concentration in Health Policy (expected May 2026). Lily is passionate about addressing health disparities at both the state and federal levels through evidence-backed and community-centered policy reform. Lily is excited to continue her commitment to advancing health literacy and dismantling social determinants of health barriers, inspired by her previous work in health plan operations and equal opportunity and compliance, as a policy intern with NCHH this spring.
