Ejuhavna Chisolm is a graduate student at the University of West Florida, pursuing a Master of Public Health degree with a focused concentration in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior. As a fall intern with NCHH, her primary focus will be on safe environments for individuals who are managing asthma, addressing the critical intersection of housing and health. Furthermore, Ejuhavna will explore disaster housing recovery and relief efforts, particularly in the context of earthquake-prone regions. Her dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable populations is a driving force behind her academic and professional pursuits. Beyond her career, familial, and academic commitments, Ejuhavna plays an active role in two nonprofit organizations, both dedicated to alleviating the pressing issue of food insecurity.
