Read Holman has a public health background with experiences intersecting public policy, innovation management, and program development. He leads the federal policy strategy and federal affairs portfolio at Unite Us. In that capacity, Read works with federal officials, agency programs, congressional members, and national associations to modernize social and community-based care delivery and the broader fields of public health and human services through data and technology. In addition to a couple years working as an independent consultant, Read previously spent eight years in the federal government, including serving within the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, the HHS Office of the Chief Technology Officer, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.

Read lives in Austin, Texas. In his non-work time, he enjoys wilderness backpacking and most things sport. He holds a BS in biology from Trinity University and an MPH in health policy and management from Boston University.
