Fall Prevention Month [Canada] 
In Canada, November is recognized as Fall Prevention Month. Among older Canadians, falls are the leading cause of injury-related hospitalizations, with 20-30% of older adults falling each year. Falls are also the leading cause for hospital admissions from injuries for children under 10.

This resource provided by the American Occupational Therapy Association includes a how-to guide, PowerPoint presentations, and more to help occupational therapy practitioners prepare and deliver presentations on falls prevention to healthcare providers and community members.
