The Contra Costa Health Plan has been receiving technical assistance from NCHH and other partner experts to support the development and launch of an asthma home visiting pilot. The flexible TA provided has involved guidance in developing client targeting/eligibility criteria, pre- and post-evaluation design, and overall support and encouragement to answer questions and brainstorm solutions.
